Hi Doug,
I have made some pictures to help explain the problems with the accidents that continually happen on CR3. There have
been 3 in the last year or so. One with major injuries. So from what I can see on the maps from the Weld County
Property Information Portal, the issue is in Weld County not Berthoud. As you recall, we talked about who's jurisdiction
the issue is in and from the Weld County Property Information Portal it is Weld.

The paved part of Rd 3 is in the town of Berthoud. We are contacting them to replace the sign to alert the traveling
public of the coming change from pavement to gravel. If they do not want the expense it's my suggestion we do (weld
county).Thanks!
