Weld County Commissioners,
I'am writing this letter today to you and all other agencies of government in
Weld County and the state of Colorado. This is in regards to my property at
20595 CR 33 LaSalle Co. A year ago the land east of my home was sold and
zoned industrial . Many promise where made that to this day have NOT been
fulfilled. There are rules, laws and ordinances that are in place to protect
property and home owners. However what I have learned that for some
reason these rules, regulations and ordinances do NOT apply to oil field or
anything related. We can no longer have open windows/doors ect. Due to the
24 hour truck traffic, noise, dirt and smell. I would like to ask you to just take
the time to drive by my home and ask yourself if you could tolerate this
nightmare 24/7. The answer will be NO!
This is another black eye for what was once a great and beautiful county.
