The Colorado Civil Rights Commission has acted
in good faith in cooperating with the Respondents
by waiting to meet with you. However , since
there efforts were to no avail we will now proceed .
I will have no alternative but to report your lack
of cooperation if I do not have the answers to my
questions no later than February 27 , 1975 .
