WARRANTY DEED This Deed, made September 30,2013 Between Schrage Living Trust of the County of Weld,State of COLORADO,grantor(s)and Colin J. Legge and Lori M. Legge, as Joint Tenants whose legal address is 854 Schrageway, Loveland, Co 80537 of the County of Weld,and State of COLORADO,grantee.
