Re: Extension of Lease until March 21, 2014
Dear Rod McAllister:
On September 30, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County and FEMA
entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the lease to FEMA of Weld County office
space located 918 19th Street in Greeley, Colorado ("the Lease"). The Lease is for a period of
ninety (90) days, beginning October 1, 2013. A copy of the Lease is enclosed.
FEMA is in need of extending the Lease until March 21, 2014. This letter shall act to extend the
Lease to and until March 21, 2014, under the same terms set forth in the Lease. By signing this
letter and returning it to my office,you will acknowledge and agree to these terms.
