My name is Jim Westervelt; My wife Carolyn and I own Lot A of RECX12-0025 which now is known as 10371
Weld Cty Rd. 17.
My adjoining neighbor to the North of our property is Sheryl Sussbauer: Her address is 10401 County Road
17.
An easement exsist's between our 2 properties giving Goddard Investments LLC complete access to Lot B of
RECX12-0025.
My wife and I "ADAMANTLY OPPOSE" the approval of this PUD unless Goddard Investments agrees to the
following;
A Legale Written and Recorded Instrument declaring the complete abandonment of that easement be a
condition of the BOCC for the approval of this PUD.
A minimum of 300 ft. of open/green space with adaquate tree spacing between the proposed PUD and our
and Sheryl's Property Lines at the time that development begins by whom ever.
All Easterly accesses including utilities for that PUD be on the N of Sheryl's property and at the present
location of Lot B's Northen access which now exsist's on Cty Rd 17.
"If" AJ and Diane would agree to these simple request's then I personally would support an approval vote
of the BOCC for this PUD.
Mr. Chris Gathman;The lack of a green space and unlimited access to lot B on the access between Sheryl
and our properties will "DESTROY" our property values. Please keep that in mind when formulating your
recomendation to the BOCC.
In the event that I cannot be at the BOCC meeting on Sept. 24, I am requesting that you present my

P.S. I do not know if I will be able to attend your meeting, t am presently plagued by a number of problems
including health issues.

Please forgive the "crude" presentation of my concerns and request's in
regards to the Goddard PUD request. Case # PUDZI4-0002. If I need to
do anything else to elaborate, prior to your hearing or that of the BOCC
hearing, please advise me as to what else I need/ or should do.
Also please advise me of any changes in the hearing dates and times.
As I stated earlier I will be unable to attend your hearing date, but do
intend on attending the BOCC meeting on Sept. 24.
