RESOLUTION
RE : AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF HOME RULE CHARTER BOOKLETS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes
30-11-504 (4) , 1973 , as amended, the Home Rule Charter
Commission may purchase such supplies as it deems neces-
sary or desirable, and
WHEREAS, on July 25, 1975, Charter Commission
Chairman, J. L. "Bud" Johnson, personally presented a re-
quest in layout form for one thousand (1000) booklets,
purporting to be the Weld County Home Rule Charter, to
Shef Enterprises to be photographed and bound, and
WHEREAS, on August 11, 1975, the billing invoice
for said booklets, which amounted to $650. 00, was submitted,
and
WHEREAS, after much deliberation by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, it was determined
to be in the best interests of the County to authorize pay-
ment of the aforementioned billing invoice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the County
Finance Office be, and it hereby is authorized to remit pay-
ment for booklets, as hereinabove described, to Shef Enter-
prises.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
11th day of February, 1976 .
