This amends the notice you received on August 18, 2014.The company has made the decision to extend
the time period of what was originally called "Phase 1" layoffs from November of 2014 to January of
2015.
As has been previously announced, Magpul Industries Corp. is closing its entire plant in Erie,Colorado
and relocating it to Cheyenne,Wyoming. This notice is issued in compliance with the WARN Act, if
applicable.
The layoffs will be taking place at Magpul Industries Corp.'s plant located at 1011 Carbon Court, Erie,CO
80516. You can contact Stephanie Clerc-Casmer at 303-828-3460 x163 for further information.
The loss of employment will be permanent.
Positions will be eliminated in two phases with the"January Phase" expected to start during a 14-day
window beginning January 11,2015 and the "February Phase"expected to start during a 14-day window
beginning February 8,2015. It is anticipated, based on current numbers,which may change,that
approximately 100 workers will be affected.A list of the positions that will be eliminated,and the names
of workers currently holding those positions,as well as the number of affected workers in each position
will be maintained by Magpul in its corporate offices at 400 Young Court, Unit 1, Erie,CO 80516 for your
review pursuant to the WARN Act.
The job titles being eliminated are as follows:
