The delay has been mine. This has gotten a bit more complicated than I anticipated. I am going to have to erase/remove all of the roads on the property because they do not all line up with the approved access permit. I can either erase all of these roads—which could be potentially pretty messy with a mechanical eraser OR: 1) It is probably easier for the surveyor to turn off the layer and prepare a separate sheet #2 (sheet#1 does not need to be changed). 2) Add the approved access points and access permit # (AP13-00172) for these access points (see the attached map—accesses are indicated by the blue dots). 3) The west road is labeled as County Road 35 (it should be labeled as County Road 33). This has no impact on the Use by Special Review Permit process as it has not yet gone to hearing. Let me know what you want to do and if you have any questions.
