After reviewing the application, and discussing operations with Bob Grand, the following are the recommendations made by this Department: 1) Temporary hand washing stations should be located outside the portable toilets. We recommend that there be one hand washing station for every two portable toilets (provided the toilets are in close proximity to one another). If the portable toilets are spread throughout the facility we recommend one hand washing facility per toilet. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at extension 2206 or via e-mail at dioseph(dco.weld.co.us. Thank you. cc: Cindy Salazar, Environmental Health Services Deb Adamson, Environmental Health Services to MEMORANDUM To: Rafaela Martinez, Deputy Clerk to the Board April 11, 2014 t From: Bethany Pascoe, Zoning Compliance Officer, Dept. of Planning Services itrvi Subject: LC0022 Upon review of the Special Events Permit and Temporary Assembly Permit by the Department of Planning Services shows the following: PERMIT INFORMATION: Rocky Mountain Wildlife Conservation Center Inc Dba The Wild Animal Sanctuary 1946 County Road 53 Keenesburg, CO 80643 Dates: May 17, 2014 & May 31, 2014 from 6 pm—9 pm June 7, 2014 &June 8, 2014, from 6 am—9 pm June 14, 2014 & June 28, 2014 from 6 pm—9 pm August 9, 2014 &August 23, 2014 from 6 pm—9 pm Maximum number of people: 3000 (for runs) 100 for each Dinner PROPERTY INFORMATION: Zone District: Agriculture Upon review of my case files and computer, no active violations were noted.
