To Whom it May Concern,
I am the neighbor towards the North of the property that is requesting the home business as well as a
second dwelling. I strongly oppose this proposed project for many reasons. The main reason on why I
oppose is how will we allow them to do this and not everybody else? There is no "hardship" for the
second dwelling. I see the woman living in that house doing yard work, carrying in groceries and walking
children back and forth to the bus stop down the road. She is completely capable of walking up and
down stairs. I see her out mowing the lawn very often. This property has a huge cement staircase on the
back of their property that I see her on all of the time. I live "out in the country" for a reason. I like our
space that we have. If this situation is allowed what won't be allowed? The business is the same thing,
an unnecessary nuisance. We are away from the city life and a business will only bring in traffic and
more people. Anthony already uses and allows other people to use his back field as a dump area. He is
always dumping giant loads of concrete and whatever else in there. Another main reason on why I
oppose is because they built the second dwelling there and had their business there without even
seeking permission from the county. That second house is not in any way temporary; it is used for
permanent reasons. If this passes I will not be surprised if many neighbors start wanting to add second
dwellings to rent out or to give to family members. This will open the door to bringing in more families
and more vandalism. This is going to be the start of a "bad habit" if this gets allowed. This is a nice
neighborhood with taxpaying citizens. I actually voted in favor for the neighbors on Tate Ave. to get their
second dwelling only because it is "temporary" and truly for a medical hardship, that in my opinion is
very understandable. This situation couldn't be more different.

Description : Anthony & Nancy Sandoval
• USR for a Home Business (storage of up to 3 commercial
vehicles associated with a concrete and hauling business)
and
• A secondary dwelling on the property in the Agricultural
Zone District
We write in connection with the above planning application . We have
examined the plans and we know the site well . We wish to object strongly
to the Home Business and the second dwelling as exhibited in this plan .
This subdivision is attractively established in an agricultural zone .
Bringing in a Home Business with commercial vehicles to this agricultural
area will be setting the foundation to turn this agricultural zone into a
commercial zone . We, as homeowners in this area , moved here because
of the country setting . We appreciate the fact that this area is used for
farming , pasturing and raising animals, and the peacefulness of out-of-
city- limits living . For the same reason , we believe allowing second
dwellings opens the door for multiple families to start developing in this
subdivision . Multiple dwellings with multiple families in this subdivision
would mean more traffic, the possibility of more vandalism, etc.
We implore you to reject this application and not allow the Home Business
and second dwelling to be permitted in this agricultural subdivision .
