RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING AGREEMENT FOR ELECTRONIC LAW
LIBRARY HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN -TOUCH LEGAL, INC., DBA TOUCH SONIC TECHNOLOGIES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement for Electronic Law Library
Hardware and Software Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Sheriff's Office, and Touch
Legal, Inc., dba Touch Sonic Technologies, and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of May, 2014, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said
matter one week to allow staff adequate time to add a congruous contract from Lexis Nexis for
consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 12, 2014,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of May, A.D., 2014.
