RESOLUTION 201
RE: SALARY OF WELD COUNTY SHERIFF
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld
County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by majority vote, agreed that the salary for the
County Sheriff should be:
$140,000 per year for the year 2015
$140,000 per year for the year 2016
$140,000 per year for the year 2017
$140,000 per year for the year 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Weld County Sheriff shall be paid $140,000
per year for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, with said salary to take effect on the first working day
of each year.
The motion expressed in the above Resolution was duly made, seconded, and approved by
the following vote on the 20th day of October 2014.

RESOLUTION 202
RE: SALARY OF WELD COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld
County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by majority vote, agreed that the salary of the Weld
County Clerk and Recorder should be paid as follows:
$102,500 per year for the year 2015
$102,500 per year for the year 2016
$102,500 per year for the year 2017
$102,500 per year for the year 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Weld County Clerk and Recorder shall be
paid $102,500 per year for the years 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 with said salary to take effect on
the first working day of each year.
The motion expressed in the above resolution was duly made, seconded, and approved by the
following vote on the 20th day of October 2014.

RE: SALARY OF WELD COUNTY ASSESSOR
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld
County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by majority vote, agreed that the salary of the Weld
County Assessor should be as follows:
$110,000 per year for the years 2015
$110,000 per year for the years 2016
$110,000 per year for the years 2017
$110,000 per year for the years 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Weld County Assessor shall be paid
$110,000 per year for the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 with said salary to take effect on the first
working day of each year.

RESOLUTION 204
RE: SALARIES OF WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld
County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and furthermore, in the case of County
Commissioners, the Charter provides for a delay in the effective date of said salary changes so as to
provide for equal compensation of all Commissioners at all times; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by a majority vote, agreed that the salaries of the
Weld County Commissioners should be as follows:
$105,000 for the year 2017
$105,000 for the year 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all Weld County Commissioners shall be paid
$120,000 for the years 2017 and 2018 with said salary to take effect on the first working day of each
year.
