As advertised, this bid is to design and build a wood post-framed grader shed for the Peckham location.
The low bid received was from W.O. Danielson Const. for $284,785 and meets specifications. However,
further review of the bid reveals a better steel-frame building could be built for the same or lower costs.
Therefore, Buildings&Grounds is recommending this bid be rejected.
