Working with Weld County Dept . of Public Health & Environment
• A change - in - use application has been approved by the Division of
Water resources for the onsite well
• No washing of vehicles or equipment will occur onsite
Working with Public Works
• All parking and staging will occur onsite - not on County Roads .
• Historical drainage patterns will be maintained
• Grading plan has been updated - comments fulfilled

requirements related to the proposed facility

• Compatible with future development in the area
