RE: Proposed Amendment to Coyote Run PUD
Dear Mr. Zigray,
North Weld County Water District has reviewed your request to amend Coyote Run
PUD from 5 lots with an Outlot;to 9 residential lots. The District has performed a
hydraulic model simulation of the requested additional water services and can provide
such additional water service(s)for the amendment to the PUD.
The District will prepare a Second Amended Water Service Agreement. The District will
require execution of the Second Amended Water Service Agreement as a condition of
approval of the amended Coyote Run PUD and before providing additional water
service(s).
