Re: Consent to Assignment Letter
Dear Ms. Ford:
Diamond Resources Co. obtained several Weld County Oil and Gas Leases recorded as Document
Nos. 3820529, 3830089 and 3876181attached hereto. Pursuant to Paragraph 10 of the leases, Diamond
Resources Co. requests the consent of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld to
assign said leases and all of the lands covered thereby to Continental Resources, Inc. Please fmd enclosed
a check in the amount of $50.00 ($25 .00 was previously remitted) as fee ($75 .00 total) for your written
consent.
Please have the appropriate party execute the enclosed copy of this letter in the space provided to
indicate the written approval and consent of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld to
the assignment and transfer of the oil and Gas leases as provided above. Following execution, please
return this letter to us in the enclosed envelope.

ASSIGNMENT OF OIL AND GAS LEASES
DIAMOND RESOURCES CO. whose address is P.O. Box 1938, Williston, North
Dakota 58802 (hereinafter referred to as "Assignor"), for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND ASSIGNS to CONTINENTAL RESOURCES, INC.
whose address is P.O. Box 269007, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73126 (hereinafter referred
to as "Assignee") ALL of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to those oil and gas
leases more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached (hereinafter referred to as
"Subject Leases").
This Assignment is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Subject Leases and
is subject to all landowner's royalty interests and all overriding royalty interests burdening
such Subject Leases as of the date of this Assignment.
Assignor warrants its title to the Subject Leases as against claims made by, through or
under Assignor, but not otherwise. Except as so stated, the within Assignment is made
without warranty of title, express or implied.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Assignee, its successors and assigns, forever.
