In 1995 we got permission from COGIS to put all the Lilli wells into 1 big spacing unit. Here is the complete spacing for the Lilli Unit. -T8N R58W SEC 1: LOT 4, SWNW, S2SW; SEC 2: All; SEC 3: All; SEC 4: All; SEC 5: All; SEC 6: All; SEC 7: All; SUS; A; 8-EC 9: All; Sec 10: All; SEC 11: All; SEC 12: W2NW, NWSW; SEC 14: NW, W2SW; SEC 15: N2, SE, E2SW; SEC 16: N2N2; SEC 17: N2N2; SWNW; SEC 18: NE, E2NW, Lot 1. -T8N R59W SEC 1: All; SEC 2: Lots 1, 2, S2NE, SE; SEC 11: E2; SEC 12: All; SEC 13: N2N2. -T9N R58W SEC 32: S2SW; SEC 34: S2; SEC 35: S2. -T9N R59W SEC 36: S2SE. So in our system, all that shows up for Weld County in the Lilli unit is that throughout the whole spacing unit, Weld County has a RI of 0.755334%. This interest will be the same for every well (Lilli Unit 14-06, 04-09, 06-09 etc). I printed out DO's for the 5/6 wells that you didn't have DO's on. It seems that the DO's you have without well names for the Lilli unit, correspond with Weld County's ownership in separate tracts in the unit. I did some research and found that Weld County has interests in the Lilli unit for the following areas. Unit area is 11,430.74 acres. (1) T8N R58W Sec 6- Lots 8,9,10,11,13,14 (279.91 acres). Tract 17 in unit. Interest in this area is 7.83948%, for the unit this interest accounts for 0.304271% (2) T8N R58W Sec 6- lots 12 and 15 (80.1 acres). Tract 19 in unit. Interest in this area is 3.92169%, for the unit this interest accounts for 0.134241% (3)T8N R58W Sec 7- NE4 (160 acres). Tract 22 in unit. Interest in this area is 12.5%, for the unit this interest accounts for.258511% (4)T8N R58W Sec 8-S2NW(80 acres). Tract 37 in unit. Interest in this area is 12.5%, for the unit this interest accounts for.058311% As for having each well for the Lilli unit on your check statements, Consuela would be the best person to help you with this issue if we are able to put each well down for the Lilli unit. Since each owner in the unit receives revenue based on their ownership for all wells within unit, I don't know if we are able to separate each well on checks. What has started this ball rolling is that when we are receiving a rental payment,we are auditing our files. We have found many discrepancies with three lease files from Noble regarding the Lilli Field. Therefore,we have not processed the three rental payments yet. (These were originally mailed to us in October 2013). First,when we receive royalty payments,it only states Lilli Field. We MUST have the well name breakdowns on the Royalty Checks. We received the information from Consuela,which was very helpful. However,we do not have Division orders for these well names,with the exception of Lilli Unit 08-07. 1 have sent her an email to see if we can get this accomplished ASAP(well names on checks). Second,we have the following Division Orders that really do not have well names attached. Could you tell me the well names, we may want to do updated DO's for them as well. If we have the well names attached to these below,it may help with the attached report Consuela gave to us.
