Agency Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
This parcel is included within the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District
boundaries. However, this parcel is not included within the Municipal Subdistrict,
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District boundaries. If Anadarko should decide
to apply for a water tap from the Central Weld County Water District. this parcel
must be included within the Municipal Subdistrict boundaries before any water
service can be provided.

Hi Diana,
Thank you for the referral. Our only comment is:
We would recommend that storm runoff in excess of pre-developed rates be detained and released at 100-yr
historic rates and that development of the site does not adversely impact natural storm drainage patterns.

Agency City of Fort Lupton
The site is currently designated as agriculture in the City of Fort Lupton's
comprehensive plan. However, the City is working on an update to its
comprehensive plan. Anadarko should contact the City of Fort Lupton to discuss
potential annexation before moving forward with this application.
County Road 21 is designated as a Collector in the City's transportation plan. A
110' right-of-way is required for this designation and the future right-of-way should
be taken into consideration for any improvements.
