RE: APPROVE COST TARGET ADJUSTMENT FOR 2014-15 FLEET MAINTENANCE -G4S
INTEGRATED FLEET SERVICES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a Cost Target Adjustment for 2014-15 Fleet
Maintenance between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Finance and Administration, and
G4S Integrated Fleet Services, LLC, commencing October 1, 2014, and ending September 30,
2015, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said Cost Target Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Cost Target
Adjustment, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Cost Target Adjustment for 2014-15 Fleet Maintenance between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the Department of Finance and Administration, and G4S Integrated Fleet
Services, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of October, A.D., 2014, nunc pro tunc October 1, 2014.

Re: Agreement for Fleet Management Services between Weld County, CO and G4S Integrated
Fleet Services—Request for Contract Increase
Dear Ms. Connolly:
G4S Integrated Fleet Services LLC (G4S IFS) is beginning the third year of the Agreement between
Weld County and G4S IFS. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, G4S IFS requests Contract
Increases noted below.
Exhibit A 13.0 CONTRACT TERM States:
"The duration of the contract will be from October 1, 2012,to September 30, 2017. Further,County
may exercise options, with the agreement of the contractor, to extend the contract for up to two (2)
two-year terms. Contractor may request annual price increase period at a rate not to exceed the
effective percentage change in the consumer price index(CPI)or product price index, whichever is
most appropriate for the specific contract for the previous twelve(12) months. The effective change
rate shall be based on the local index.The request for an increase must be submitted to the
controller/contract administrator no later than July 1 each year and will be effective with the next
contract period. If agreement cannot be reached, the contract will be terminated at the end of the
current contract period or within 120 days,whichever is longer. The County will accept the price
reductions at any time during the contract period."
The prior year 2013 CPI for Denver-Boulder-Greeley, CO is 2.8% (see attached CPI Index).
Contract Price for October 1, 2013 and ending September 30, 2014 was ONE MILLION, SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTEEN
CENTS. ($1,681,311.15).
G4S IFS respectfully requests a 2.8% increase pursuant to the terms of our Agreement with Weld
County.
The new Contract Amount for Contract Year October 1,2014 and ending September 30, 2015
will be (upon approval of the County)ONE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT
THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-SIX CENTS
($1,728,387 86).
New Non-Target Labor rates for Contract Year October 1, 2014 and ending September 30, 2015 will
be: Light duty vehicles: $55.76 and Heavy Duty Vehicles: $56.80.
