RE: APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE DEFERRED
COMPENSATION PLAN OF THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, current Administrator Representative for the Deferred Compensation Plan
of the County of Weld, State of Colorado ("Weld 457 Plan") is Ms. Monica Mika, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Mika has left the employment of Weld County and, therefore, the Board
of County Commissioners is in need of changing Administrator Representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Donald D. Warden, Director of
Finance, as Administrator Representative for the Weld 457 Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Donald D. Warden, Director of Finance, be and hereby is
appointed as Administrator Representative for the Weld 457 Plan.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2014.
