RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO NORTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL EMERGENCY
AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL (RETAC)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Linda Britton be appointed to said board as
a regular member, to replace Travis Polk, with a term to expire June 30, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Linda Britton be, and hereby is, appointed to the Northeast
Colorado Regional Emergency and Trauma Services Advisory Council (RETAC), with a term to
expire June 30, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 2014.
