HomeMy WebLinkAbout750016 ' 47' 785 • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 24, 1975, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Eastman Kodak Com- pany, c/o J. C. Turk, Agent, Windsor, Colorado, requesting a change • of zone from "I" Industrial District to "S" Scientific District, and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by r-' Mr. Jim Mueller, Senior Surveyor for said petitioner, and WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission as submitted, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that the petition of Eastman Kodak Company, c/o J.
