• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 24, 1975, in
the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of Eastman Kodak Com-
pany, c/o J. C. Turk, Agent, Windsor, Colorado, requesting a change
•
of zone from "I" Industrial District to "S" Scientific District, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present, being represented by
r-' Mr. Jim Mueller, Senior Surveyor for said petitioner, and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County
Planning Commission as submitted, and having been fully informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that the petition of Eastman Kodak Company, c/o J. C.
Turk, Agent, Windsor, Colorado, for a change of zone from "I" Industrial
District to "S" Scientific District, said area being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
A parcel of land being a part of Section 33, Township 6
North, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner (W4 Cor) of
the aforementioned Section 33 and considering the South
line of the Northwest Quarter (NW.-1) of said Section 33 as
bearing N 89°03'23" E, and with all bearings herein re-
lative thereto; thence
N 1°30'33" W, along the West line of the Northwest Quarter
(NW4) a distance of 1, 243. 60 feet to a point; thence
S 29°26'31" E, a distance of 426. 95 feet to a point, said
point being the True Point of Beginning; thence
S 29°26'31" E, a distance of 258. 51 feet to a point; thence
S 56°25'34" E, a distance of 778. 48 feet to a point; thence
N 89°03'23" E, a distance of 352. 95 feet to a point; thence
N 56°25'34" W, a distance of 1, 021. 32 feet to a point; thence
N 29°26'31" W, a distance of 587. 73 feet to a point; thence
S 1°30'33" E, a distance of 426. 95 feet to a point, said point
being the True Point of Beginning.
The above described parcel contains 6. 1 acres, more or less,
and is subject to all Easements, Rights-of-way and Agreements
now on record, and
is hereby granted under the conditions following:

1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be
approved by the State Health Department,
2. All applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations
shall be followed and complied with in accordance with the zoning resolu-
tions of Weld County, Colorado,
3. Subject to submission of plat for approval of the Weld County
Planning Commission and subsequent recording of said plat in the office of
the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado; said recording
costs to be paid by petitioner.

Gentlemen:
Subject: Rezoning Application
On May 7 , 1975 , the Eastman Kodak Company released title to
a parcel of land along our southern boundary. As a result
of this action we now have a break in the Scientific Zone ,
as indicated on the attached Exhibit "B" .
We therefore request a zoning change as indicated on the
enclosed forms . This rezoning will comply with the original
