RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE OF COUNTY ROADS 79 AND 70 SECTION LINE
RIGHT-OF-WAY - BILL BARRETT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Nonexclusive License Agreement for
the Upgrade and Maintenance of County Roads 79 and 70 Section Line Right-of-Way for Bill
Barrett Corporation, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of September, 2014, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for one month to allow Bill
Barrett Corporation additional time to discuss options with adjacent landowners and come to a
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to October 15,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of September, A.D., 2014.
