Kristine,
since there was no information in these documents regarding effects of the proposed action on
migratory birds or endangered species, USFWS has no comments. That does not mean that
there aren't potentially negative impacts from the project, but we can't provide an opinion
without an analysis of effects.

transmission line. However, the applicant has amended their request for a double
circuit 115 kV transmission line. We would like to ask that you review the amended
application and send any revised referral comments to us by January 7, 2014.
