Change the rooms per the attached demo and new floor plan attachments A&B.
Existing doors are to be reused with new keying by others
Doors not used are to be stock piled in this building
Paint the walls in a color to match existing
Paint the reused door frames
We will handle the obtaining a building permit which we understand to be a no cost permit
This work is tax exempt.
We are to be furnished auto cad files of the existing building to be able to produce new auto cad files of the new floor
plan. We have not included time to make new autocad drawing files.
Flooring,fire sprinkler work,security work,HVAC work is by the owner
There is no plumbing work is needed and therefore not included
The original Contract Sum was $ $209,900.00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ $0.00
The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $ $42,798.00
The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order in
the amount of $
The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $ $42,798.00
The Contract Time will be increased by 30 days after permit ( 30 )days
The date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is 30 days after a permit is obtain for this
scope of work

As advertised, this bid is to perform a remodel of twelve restrooms in the Centennial Center Building.
The low bid received was from Construction Concepts Inc. After submitting their bid, Construction
Concepts Inc. retracted their bid due to a clerical error they made in the total price. The next low bidder
was DS Constructors for $209,900 and meets specifications. Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is
recommending the bid be awarded DS Constructors.

RE: Weld County Restroom Rid
Marcia Walters:
Please withdraw our recent bid that we submitted to Weld County for the restroom renovations.
We had an internal error with our estimating software that left over$30,000 dollars out of our bid.
I want to apologize for this issue; this is the first time we have had to withdraw a bid in our 20+
years in business. I assure you that Construction Concepts is a well organized and quality
contractor, and that this was simply a software error that occurred. Please continue to invite us on
