CERTIFICATE OF CONVEYANCES
The Certificate of Conveyance dated May 5, 2014, for the parcel owned by UET, located in T 9N, R
59W, Section 2: S/2NE/4 is attached.
The Option Agreement between UET and Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline (Colorado) Inc., to purchase
the parcel located in T 9N, R 59W, Section 2: NE/4NE/4SE/4, was exercised by UET on March 19,
2014. The Option Agreement contains a Certificate of Conveyance dated April 18, 2014, certifying that
Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline (Colorado) Inc. owns the subject property and has full right, title and
interest to convey same to UET(See Exhibit H for said Certificate of Conveyance). After the closing
has occurred, an updated Certificate of Conveyance showing the Deed into UET will be provided to
Weld County.
