The original 2nd dwelling was set up temporarily for an elderly family member who needed living assistance, since it is no longer needed for that specific situation, the dwelling needs to be removed. We do not want to set precedence for other property owners who might want to change the use of the subdivision, therefore, compromising the current fife style of the remaining home owners. We live directly south of the property in question on County Road 22. Planning services OCT 212014 Re: Case #USR14-0059 Weld County Planning Ucpa, uugiic October 16, 2014 GREELEY OFFICE I am opposed to this special use permit because the original intent of this subdivision was for 1 single — family dwelling per lot. The current 2nd dwelling was permitted years ago and was to only be in existence temporarily while an elderly family member needed living assistance. This situation no longer exists and other neighbors had to remove their temporary dwellings that were used in a similar manner. I also have concerns that this special use permit would set a precedence for other property owners who might want to change the original intentional use of this subdivision therefore, compromising the current life style of the remaining residents which is semi-rural with livestock and animals.
