WHEREAS , it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held on the 27th day of September, 1976, in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain parcel of land, being the property of Ray C. Peterson and Violet L. Peterson, Orchard, Colorado, described as that portion of Section 29 , Township 4 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. , in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows : Description of the whole parcel A parcel of land described as the E 5/8 of the NEQ Sec. 29 T4N R61W 6PM, subject to easements for Hwy.
