KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned: M.O.W. Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company
whose address is 9778 Weld County Road 80,Fort Collins,CO 80524
hereinafter referred to as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged,does hereby grant,bargain,sell,assign,transfer,convey and Quit Claim unto Sean Ash and
Janet Ash, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, one-third (1/3) of Grantor's right, title and interest of
whatsoever nature or kind in and to the lands located in Weld County, State of Colorado, described as
follows:

Section 26:Tracts A.C,and D of Coyote Run P.U.D:Situate in the North Half of said Section 26
Section 26:CRP Open Space Coyote Run P.U.D: Situate in the North Half of said Section 26
Containing 34.67 acres,more or less
together with the right of ingress and egress at all times for the purposes of mining, drilling, exploring,
operating and developing said lands for oil,gas, and other minerals,and storing,handling,transporting and
marketing the same therefrom with the right to remove from said land all of Grantee's property and
improvements.
It is the specific intent of the Grantor to convey one-third (1/3)of the interests Grantor may own in
and to the oil,gas and other minerals,as of the effective date,whether correctly described,omitted or
not.
This Assignment is made without warranty of any kind either express or implied.
This Assignment shall be available to and binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Grantor and Grantee herein.
