ACRES , 5TH FILING - A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33 , TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 11th day of April, 1977 , a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, upon the application of Jerry Bigbee and John E. Anderson on their application for a replat of the above-described lots 21 and 22 , all being in J.B. Acres 5th Filing - A subdivision of Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, as submitted, and having been fully informed and satisfied that the submitted application for a replat of the aforementioned lots 21 and 22 , conforms in all respects with the requirements of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and that the approval of said replat of said Lots 21 and 22 of J. B. Acres , 5th Filing, a Subdivision of Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33 , Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, would be in the best interest of Weld County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the replat of Lot 21 and 22 of J. B. The plat is not being altered in any way which will adversely affect the character of the plat filed. 2 . On March 31 , 1977 the Weld County Utilities Advisory Board recommended approval of this replat after the applicable utility companies serving the development indicated they had no objections to the filing of the replat .
