CTB closing out old "letter of concern":
Letter from Lar Voss dated 5/2/13 stating used car lot-eyesore, possibly hazard
CTB forwarded to Tom Parko on 5/15
Followed up because our copy of letter was still in our pending file and emailed Tom Parko and Michelle
Martin 2/26, 3/18
After some discussion, Michelle responded 3/19 with a phone call and determined it had been taken
care of with a phone call to the complainant.

Commissioner,we have a used ear lot at WCR 15 and Highway 34. Ti is certainly all, eyesore
and probably a hazard to some degree. If there are no current regulations regarding tis, I'd
suggest that, if allowed at all, the vehicles should be removed by sundown each day. We have
had vehicles parked •
there for probably 3 weeks at a time.
