RE: APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO CHRISTENSON CONSTRUCTION,
CONTRACTOR FOR WATTENBERG AND EVANSTON PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Jim Christenson of Christenson Construction has
requested an extension of time to complete work on the Wattenberg
and Evanston Projects, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable to approve said request for an exten-
sion of time to October 31, 1978 to Christenson Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Jim
Christenson for an extension of time to October 31, 1978 for
completion of work on the Wattenberg and Evanston Projects be,
and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
October, A.D. , 1978.
