RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 389 -
MR. AND MRS. BRUCE JOHNSON, ET AL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of adminsitering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held
on the 21st day of May, 1979 in the Chambers of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that a certain
parcel of land, being the property of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Johnson,
et al. , does not come within the purview of the definition of
the terms, "subdivision" and "subdivided land, " pursuant to
its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS, 1973, as
amended, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners did approve
Recorded Exemption No. 389 , by Resolution, on May 21, 1979 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed by the Weld County Department of
Planning Services that the aforementioned Recorded Exemption
now needs to be amended by correcting a drafting error in the
number assigned on the second page of the Recorded Exemption
Instrument, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove amend-
ment to Recorded Exemption No. 389 for Mr. and Mrs. Bruce
Johnson, et al. , be, and hereby is, approved.

RE: Amendment to Recorded Exemption #389
Dear Commissioners:
The attached materials are in reference to a request from Mr. and
Mrs. Bruce Johnson, etal for an amendment to Recorded Exemption #389.
The property is described as Pt . NW* and the NE* of Section 28, T4N,
R65W of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado. This property is
located approximately 3-1/2 miles south and 1 mile east of the Town
of LaSalle.
The request is to amend Recorded Exemption #389 by correcting a
drafting error in the number assigned by the Department of Planning
Services Staff. The request , if approved, would correct an incorrect
number on the second page of the recorded exemption instrument. The
Department of Planning Services Staff recommends approval of the
requested amendment. Furthermore, the Department of Planning Services
Staff would like to apologize for any inconveniences this has caused
the property owners.
