I live at 229 Timber Ridge Court in Severance in Timber Ridge neighborhood. I appreciate all your efforts on behalf of the citizens of Weld County. I'm hoping you will help me with your effort as well. I understand (racking has become allowed and maybe even a necessity in modern times. My father-in-law is in the business in Texas. I'm not so worried about the water implications, nor the storage. What does concern me is the noise and light coming from the installations. Near the corner of CR72 and CR21 just outside of the city limits of Severance is a new installation. Over the last few years we have had several of these in our immediate area. Of course I don't like the light, which can be seen and illuminates the inside of my house from the distance of over a mile, and the noise which can heard and even felt sometimes at that same distance. In other areas of the country/world these same type of sites have been made to block these disturbances. I travel a lot by car through the country and of course come across these sites in those travels. The newest site I described above is very loud, very bright and I cannot even see the heavens from my porch like I'm used too. The noise can vibrate my walls. If I were to create such a disturbance I'm sure I would be fined and if I continued to create it, as these sites do, I suppose I might be jailed. So my obvious question is "how do they get away with it in Weld County". Why doesn't Weld County have a noise and light policy that should be followed by all. Companies, individuals, everyone should have the same allowances. Will you please explain to me how this is allowed. Thank you, Robin Nance 970-988-2362 robinnance878(dyahoo.com Sent from my iPad Sent from my iPad a n u\-1 C, ' L1 2014-1028 J) 1 Hello
