RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JASON YEATER TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NCMC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for NCMC, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jason Yeater be appointed to said board, to
replace Louise Guilliano, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jason Yeater to said board, with a
term to expire January 11, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jason Yeater be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for
NCMC, with a term to expire January 11, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of October, A.D., 2014.
