RE: APPOINTMENT OF HOGAN AND OLHAUSEN, INC. , AS CONSULTING
ENGINEERS FOR THE EVANSTON PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the firm of Hogan and Olhausen, Inc. , Consulting
Engineers, have been suggested as the consulting engineers for
the Evanston Project, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deem it in the best interest of Weld County to appoint
Hogan and Olhausen, Inc . , Consulting Engineers for engineering
services on the Evanston Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the firm of Hogan and
Olhausen, Inc. , Consulting Engineers , be, and hereby are appointed
as the consulting engineers for the Evanston project.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
June, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 27th day of June, A.D. , 1977.
