RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO IMPROVEMENTS
AGREEMENT ACCORDING TO POLICY REGARDING COLLATERAL FOR
IMPROVEMENTS (PUBLIC ROAD MAINTENANCE) AND FINAL RELEASE OF
COLLATERAL FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN, PF #594-TODD
MUCKLER, DEBRA EBERL-MUCKLER, AND ELI KREBS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to Improvements
Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for Improvements (Public Road
Maintenance) and Final Release of Collateral for Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#594,
for Todd Muckier, Debra Eberl-Muckler, and Eli Krebs, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 12th day of March, 2014, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow an absent signatory
adequate time to return from an emergency trip.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to March 19,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of March, A.D., 2014.
