RE: DESIGNATING ROOM 316 OF THE CENTENNIAL CENTER AS PART OF THE
COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE FOR NOVEMBER 14 , 1977 AND FOR AS
MANY ENSUING DAYS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONDUCT A TAX SALE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has requested that the
Board of County Commissioners designate Room 316 of the Centen-
nial Center as apart of the Weld County Treasurer' s Office for
the purpose of conducting a tax sale on November 14 , 1977 and for
as many ensuing days thereafter as the County Treasurer deems
necessary to complete said tax sale. Said temporary use of Room
316 is necessary due to the fact that there is not adequate space
available in the Treasurer' s Office to conduct said tax sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined
that such a designation should be allowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Room No. 316 of the
Weld County Centennial Center, be, and hereby is , designated as
part of the Weld County Treasurer' s Office for November 14, 1977 ,
and for as many ensuing days as may be necessary to complete the
aforementioned tax sale.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
October, A.D. , 1977.
