The Greeley Tribune published all Public Trustee Notices beginning January 24,
2014. The contract period is for one year and that one-year period will expire on
January 24, 2015.
The contract term is for one year with renewal of four (4) optional one-year
terms upon satisfactory performance by the publishers and at negotiated costs
agreed to, in writing, at least sixty (60) days prior to each renewal year.
On November 24, 2014, I contacted the Greeley Tribune to begin price
negotiations. On that same day, the Greeley Tribune informed me, in writing,
that the Greeley Tribune will charge the same price of $27.99 for individual
publications and $139.95 for five publications. Attached for your review is the
Tribune renewal letter along with the original 'GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PUBLICATION OF COMBINED NOTICES' setting out the terms of the contract.
The Greeley Tribune has provided exceptional service. I would like to request
your approval for the Greeley Tribune to continue to publish the Public Trustee
Notices for the year January 24, 2015 to January 24, 2016.

Dear Jennifer:
The contract period for publications in the Greeley Tribune will expire on January 24, 2015.
We would like to renew this contract for an additional year. According to the bid
specifications, the period may be renewed for four (4) optional one-year terms upon
satisfactory performance by the publishers and at negotiated costs agreed to, in writing, at
least sixty (60) days prior to the renewal period. The previous agreement, which is attached,
is hereby incorporated by reference.
I am in receipt of your email dated November 24, 2014, confirming the charges for
publication in the Greeley Tribune for 2015:
• $27.99 for individual publications and $139.95 for five publications.
• One-year period for 2015 publications runs January 24, 2015 to January 24, 2016.
According to my staff, the service you have provided has been exceptional and that it has
been a pleasure working with you. Thank you very much for your exceptional service.
