Narrative:
The particular property cited by Jessie Marie Vanderford is in violation(ZCV14-00174)and is located at the North East
corner of Star Lane and CR 2. Property owner in violation is Walter Swank. According to zoning compliance,Mr.Swank
contacted the Planning Department on October 20th and indicated that all commercial vehicles will be removed by
November 1st and the manufactured structure and Noncommercial Junkyard will be removed by January 5,2015.

Dear County Commissioners,
My name is Jessie Marie Vanderford. I live at 151 Starr Lane, Brighton,Colorado. I am the property
owner and have lived here twenty years. My parents built this home in 1969. It has always been a quiet
little acreage community, until a couple of weeks ago when oil trucks started using it as a parking lot.
I do not appreciate the trucks being parked on the lot at the south east corner of Starr Lane. I have
several grandchildren with me now. They enjoy jogging in this area during the early morning hours. I
fear for their safety.
I would appreciate the trucks being removed from this location as soon as possible.
Also,the truck drivers have broken down the pavement to the entrance of Starr Lane. This,over time
would require repair.
I appreciate your prompt consideration of this request. Thank you.
