Mosier and Kathryn E. Mosier, Route 2, Box 218, La Salle, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of Colorado more particularly described as follows : BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Section; Thence along the West line of said Southwest Quarter North 0°03 ' 34" East 2416.02 feet to the Southwest corner of that certain exception recorded under Reception Number 1511442; records of said County; Thence along the South and East lines of said excep- tion the following courses; South 89°57 ' 36" East 474. 00 feet; Thence North 0°03 ' 34" East 236. 00 feet to the East- West centerline of said Section; Thence along said East West centerline South 89°57 ' 36" East 2186. 86 feet to the center of said Section; Thence along the North South centerline of said Section South 0°08 ' 19" West 2643 . 03 feet to the South Quarter corner of said Section; Thence along the ' outh line of said Southwest Quarter South 89°50 ' 46" West 2657 . 23 feet more or less to the point of BEGINNING. Said described parcel of land contains 158.98 acres, more or less, and is subject to any rights-of-way or other easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing on said parcel of land, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , C.R.S. 1973, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Zoning Administrator, for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , C.R.S. 1973, as amended, PJ 760595 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinabove described tract of land owned by Russell L. Mosier and Kathryn E. Mosier, La Salle, Colorado, be exempt from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided lands" as provided for in Section 2-1A(3) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations.
