Dear Franchise Authority:
TDS Baja Broadband has been notified by NBC Universal that the G4 network will be shut down
nation-wide at an undetermined date in the near future. As a result, G4 will no longer appear
in our channel lineup. We anticipate that this will occur on or around either November 30 or
December 15. All customers are being notified.
