Dear Ms. Aungst:
Attached please find an Affidavit of Mineral Interest Owners for the property associated with USR14-0004
(Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 62 West of the 61h PM, Weld County, Colorado). As you know, the
landowner for this application is the State Board of Land Commissioners and the applicant is Bonanza
Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC. Per the attached affidavit, the State owns the mineral rights on
this property and Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC is the lessee. Both parties are aware
of the proposed USR; therefore, it is not necessary to send a separate mineral notice via certified mail
about the upcoming Planning Commission hearing on March 18th.
