Home My WebLink About790697.tiff TO: All Supervisors FROM: Gene McKenna, Director SUBJECT: Travel Allocations DATE: March 14, 1979 REFERENCE: Prior Memo dated January 10, 1979 Effective March 10, 1979, Travel allocations are revised upwards as follows: Social Services Effective 3-10-79 $2,000 Assistance Payments/ Food Stamps 425 Business Office 40 Administration 60 $2,525 In balancing State and county funds available, we have done better than expected, and I believe can relax our allocations somewhat. We still need to make sure all travel is absolutely necessary in order to save funds for forthcoming training and staff development opportunities. I anticipate that the above allocation plan will carry us through June 30, the remainder of the State's current fiscal year. Please recall that practically all costs for training are now charged against our regular Travel allocation.
