Dear Mr. Frank:
Our office has reviewed your letter of May 2, 1979, describing your
proposed changes . The staff has determined that the new corral, as
described in your letter, constitutes an expansion of a special use.
Section 3 .3E.1. of the Weld County Zoning Resolution states :
"Any expansion or enlargement of a Special Use shall be
treated as a new application under the provisions hereof."
Therefore, our office requests that you apply for a Special Use Per-
mit on the cattle feedlot operation on the NW4 of Section 8 , T5N,
R67W. The Special Use Permit process takes approximately 75 days
and the fee is $125. 00. Please schedule an appointment at your
earliest convenience with either Chuck Cunliffe or myself to go
over the application procedure.
