RE: ACCEPTANCE OF COUNTY COUNCIL RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARTIAL
SUSPENSION OF COMMISSIONER JACOBUCCI.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council on the 24th day of August,
1977, did pass a Resolution suspending Commissioner Victor
Jacobucci from his duties as Coordinator of Engineering Services ,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to accept
said Resolution and make the same a part of the official records
of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said Resolution of the
Weld County Council dated August 24 , 1977, suspending Commissioner
Victor Jacobucci from his duties as Coordinator of Engineering
Services , be accepted for the purpose of making the same a part
of the permanent records of the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
August, A.D. , 1977.
