RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, pursuant -to Section 4-4 (b) of the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of nine
(9) members, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists in District Number Six by
reason of the expiration of the term of membership on said Board
of Adjustment of -Ray -Sarchet of Fort Lupton, Colorado 130_21, whose
term expired December 31, 1976 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended -to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that James Smee of Rural
Route, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621 be appointed to -membership -on
said Board of Adjustment for a three (3) year term to expire on
December 31, 1979 to represent District Number Six on said Board
of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that James Smee be and here-
by is appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment for a three
(3) year term to expire on December 31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following voteon the 5th day
of January, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the Record
and signed on the 12th day of January, A.D. , 1977 .
