THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the Lost Creek Ground Water Management
District does provide official notice that a tax will be levied
upon all property within the limits of the Lost Creek Ground
Water Management District for the year 1975, as determined and
fixed by the Board of Directors pursuant to budgetary hearings
to be held prior to October 15, 1975, and you are hereby authorized
and directed to extend said levy upon your tax list.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
as Secretary of the Lost Creek Ground Water Management District

Management District
Gentlemen:
t'lc'e be advised that the undersigned is the Secretary of the Lost Creek
Ground Water Management District. The Jost Creek Ground Water Management District
was accepted by the Colorado Ground Water Commission on February 8, 1974, with
the final Order and Decree establishing said district being recorded in the
Counties of Weld, Adams and Arapahoe on March 8, 1974.
I am directing this letter to you in accordance with the Colorado Revised
Statutes 39-1-110 (1973 as amended), to provide official notification of the
organization of such district and to advise you that the district will levy
taxes for the present year. I do hereby certify that I am the secretary of the
Lost Creek Ground Water Management District and authorized to provide this
notice by virtue of a special Board meeting held on the<, 74 day of
/P/vFlil , A. D. , 1975.
In accordance with said meeting, you will find enclosed a Certificate of Levy
which was authorized by the Board of Directors.
