Owner would consider $210k on the package below. Lembke did notice him up on 2013 being the last year for water lease back, but would like it dryland farmed vs. put into grass. Owner (Todd) will be moving forward with dryland grass/oats and selling as dryland building lots. He does have Clayton Homes which is looking at all three lots for modular's. Additionally, we had heard rumor that Lembke was or would consider selling water rights back or matching back up to the land. I believe (Dairy) was looking at this site as well, nothing to date.
